Pre-Health Professions Open House Recap
Thank you to everyone who came to our Pre-Health Professions Open House on September 3rd! It was wonderful to see so many of you and start building our pre-health community. I truly enjoyed connecting with you, hearing about your ambitions, and answering your questions. The UNT Health team will be sending out the presentation slides they shared during the recent Open House to all students who attended, as well as those who couldn't make it. Introducing Trailblazer LIVE Profiles
To make sure you're getting the most out of our new platform, we need everyone to build out their profile on Trailblazer LIVE. This quick but important step will help us tailor information and events specifically for your interests.
Here’s what you need to do:

Add a Subgroup: Head to your profile and add yourself to a subgroup that indicates your pre-health track. Popular options include Pre-Med, Pre-Dental, Pre-PA, Pre-Nursing, Pre-Pharmacy, Pre-Vet, Pre-Podiatry, and Pre-Optometry.

Fill out Your Profile: Complete the "Join a Subgroup" section on the About tab. You will also fill out the given fields as well.
If you need help, we will attach screenshots to this newsletter to show you exactly where to find and fill out this section. Also, be sure to download the CampusGroups App and select UNT Dallas. This is what you will use when checking into any event to track your attendance.

Upcoming Event: Pre-Health Entrance Exam Support Series
I want to remind you about our next key event, the Pre-Health Entrance Exam Support Series. This is specifically geared toward upper-level students who are preparing to take their entrance exam in the next year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get a head start on your test prep. The first session will be held on September 10th, where we'll share details on how to apply for a FREE Kaplan prep course (MCAT, DAT, GRE, OAT).
